Who processes your data
The data controller is SerikaWay S.R.L., Via Busca 3, Torino (TO), VAT no. and tax code 13526450013. For any question about your data, write to info@serikaway.com.
What data
The email address you enter and, only if you choose to give them, your name, when you'd like to travel and how you heard about us. We also record when you gave your consent, which version of this notice it referred to and the IP address of the request: these prove your consent. If you arrive from a link with campaign parameters (utm), we keep them to understand which channel works.
Why
Only to tell you when SerikaWay opens (Sunday 15 November 2026 at 18:00 Italian time), to reserve you access to the first departure at the launch price and, now and then, to send you our news. We never sell or share your data.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box and confirming through the link we email you. You can withdraw it at any time through the link in every email or by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect what happened before.
How long
If you don't confirm within 7 days, your data is deleted. If you confirm, we keep it until you unsubscribe. We keep the proof of consent for as long as needed to demonstrate it in case of a dispute.
Who helps us
Data is stored on Supabase (database) and emails are sent through Resend, both acting as our data processors. This may involve a transfer outside the European Union, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your data, restrict or object to its processing and receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@serikaway.com. If you believe the processing is unlawful you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

This page uses no profiling cookies and no tracking tools: only a technical cookie that remembers your language.
